How long does the assessment take?

What information do I need to complete it?

No preparation needed. Just a general understanding of how your business currently operates and what you wish worked better. There are no trick questions — it's designed to be straightforward.

When will I receive my audit report?

Your report is generated instantly and displayed on screen as soon as you submit the assessment. A copy is also sent to your email address within a few minutes.

What does the audit report include?

The report includes a Business Readiness Score, a summary of your business, identified operational gaps, recommended system modules, a suggested build package, a prioritised build roadmap, and recommended next steps.

Is the audit report the final scope of my system?

No — the audit report is a strategic starting point. Final scope, features, pricing, and timelines are confirmed during the review call with our senior team.

How accurate is the AI-generated report?

The report is highly relevant when your assessment responses are detailed and specific. The more context you provide, the more tailored and useful your report will be.

Build Timelines

How long does it take to build a system?

Most systems are delivered within 6–8 weeks from proposal approval. Simpler, focused builds can be completed in 3–4 weeks. Larger enterprise platforms may take 10–14 weeks. Your proposal will include a specific timeline.

What does the build process look like?

We work in focused sprints: audit and discovery, design and architecture, development, testing and QA, launch, and handover. You receive weekly updates and preview access at every milestone.

Will I be involved during the build?

Yes. You will receive weekly sprint updates and preview access at each milestone. Your feedback is incorporated throughout the process so the final system matches your expectations.

What happens after my system goes live?

How much does a custom system cost?

Build investment varies based on complexity and scope. Our packages start from R7,000 for focused single-system builds, through to R30,000+ for full-scale custom platforms. Your exact investment is confirmed in a tailored proposal after the discovery call.

Do you work with businesses outside South Africa?

Yes. We work with businesses remotely across Southern Africa and internationally. All sessions are conducted via Zoom or Google Meet.

Where is my system hosted?

Your website and system are hosted on secure, managed infrastructure with reliable uptime and automatic backups. We handle the technical setup, security updates and server maintenance so your team does not need to worry about it.

Do I own the system once it is built?

Yes. Your custom system is built for your business and you own the finished work. We build on modern, portable web technologies, so you are not locked into a proprietary platform you cannot take with you.

What ongoing support is available after launch?

Every build includes a dedicated post-launch support window with onboarding and training. After that, optional monthly support plans cover hosting, maintenance, updates, priority fixes and small changes as your business evolves.

Can you build client or staff portals?

Yes. Portals are one of the most common things we build. Client portals give your customers secure access to updates, documents, invoices and reports, while staff portals centralise internal workflows, records and task management for your team.

How does AI fit into the systems you build?

We use AI where it genuinely helps — automating repetitive admin, summarising information, generating reports and assisting with customer follow-up. The goal is practical time-saving, not AI for its own sake. Your assessment helps identify where it will actually add value for your business.

What do you need from me before we start building?

How long until my system is live?
