03 — Review call
What happens in Review call
Book a discovery call with our senior team to walk through your audit findings, validate your requirements and define the exact build scope. We review the audit together, answer questions, clarify feature priorities, discuss integrations and user roles, and agree on timeline and approach. The call is free.
04 — Tailored proposal
What happens in Tailored proposal
We produce a detailed proposal covering exact scope, feature breakdown, timeline and investment — specific to your business. It includes the module list, user roles, a phased build plan, a fixed-price breakdown and a clear delivery timeline, usually within three to five days.
05 — System build
What happens in System build
Once the proposal is approved, we begin the build. A dedicated team is assigned. You receive weekly sprint updates, preview access at each milestone, and ongoing feedback is incorporated. The system is tested before handover.
06 — Launch and handover

Your system goes live. We provide onboarding, staff training, handover documentation and a post-launch support window so your team is running from day one.
